Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose

This Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel services, close your Account, or request the cancellation of pending transactions with RMFX Limited (trading as “4XVC”).

2. Cooling-off and Account Cancellation

You may cancel your registration at any time before your first trade by contacting [email protected]. Any funds deposited will be returned to the original source, less any third-party charges incurred, once our compliance checks are complete.

After trading has commenced, you may close your Account at any time on written request. Closing an Account does not cancel or reverse trades already executed.

3. Executed Trades

Orders executed on the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled. Prices for leveraged products depend on financial-market fluctuations outside our control, so statutory cancellation rights for distance contracts do not apply to executed transactions.

4. Pending Orders

You may modify or cancel pending orders (such as limit and stop orders) through the Platform at any time before they are triggered. We are not responsible for orders that execute before your cancellation instruction is received.

5. Pending Deposits and Withdrawals

A pending withdrawal request may be cancelled from the Client Area until it has been approved by our back office. Deposits that have been received and credited cannot be cancelled; you may instead request a withdrawal in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy.

6. Bonus Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an active bonus. On cancellation, the bonus credit and any associated benefit will be removed from your Account. If removing the bonus would reduce your equity below the margin required for open positions, you may be asked to close positions first.

7. Cancellation by the Company

We may suspend or cancel your Account or any service, with or without notice, where required by law or regulation, where verification is incomplete, in cases of suspected fraud or abuse, or for breach of the Terms and Conditions. Any balance due to you will be returned after settlement of outstanding obligations.

8. How to Request Cancellation

Send your request from your registered email to [email protected], stating your full name, Account number and the service to be cancelled. We will confirm receipt and complete the request within a reasonable time, normally within five (5) Business Days.
